Refund and Exchange Policy

At Jewel of Paradise our first priority is total satisfaction with your purchase.  If the jewelry you receive doesn't meet your expectations it may be returned.  However, to avoid selling "used" jewelry, there are guidelines for returning items.

• Jewelry must be returned in new condition without any alterations and with any packaging that was included such as jewelry boxes or pouches
• Returns should be properly packaged and insured, with shipping information emailed to Jewel of Paradise
• Returns to be shipped back to Jewel of Paradise within 3 business days of receipt
• No refunds on shipping charges
• No refunds or exchanges on custom ordered items that are added to the website for a customer to enable online purchase of those items that are not normally carried in stock.
